F.R.O.G. Fulfillment
What was the problem?
FROG Fulfillment was a start-up order fulfillment, distribution, and warehousing service provider which needed warehousing space in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Being a start-up with no prior financial history it was challenging to secure a space without an astronomical security deposit being placed or the principles personally guarantying a lease. 3PL Bridge was able to identify a short-term sublease space of 20,000 square feet with the option to assume an additional 40,000 square feet if necessary, over the course of the next 24 months.
How we solved it.
By providing FROG Fulfillment with and expandable sublease option, it allowed us to limit our initial cash outlay as well as assume additional space on an as needed basis. As a newly founded growing organization, this was of significant importance to us from a fiscal and operational perspective. In addition, 3PL Bridge provided ongoing support of our business growth by introducing us to a continuous stream of brands in need of a fulfillment partner. In fact, due in part to the significant amount of business which 3PL Bridge has brought to FROG, we have outgrown our current warehousing space and are now working with 3PL Bridge to identify a 125,000+ square foot facility for us to expand into in early 2024.

What was the problem?
Resurge, LLC an order fulfillment service provider needed to establish and provide a multi-site distribution platform for several of it’s clients in a compressed time frame. We required a class “A” building of approximately 80,000 square feet located in the Kansas City, MO area. This facility needed to be operational within a 12-week time frame.
How we solved it.
3PL Bridge Realty was able to identify a property which not only meet all of our needs but was able to facilitate the lease negotiation process to ensure that the building was delivered to us in the required time frame. In addition, 3PL Bridge worked with the landlord and it’s broker to provide us with an extremely aggressive rent abatement period which allowed for a most favorable cost effective ramp-up period. As a result of 3PL Bridge’s efforts, Resurge successfully launched several clients in its new Kansas City facility within the required time frame and was able to provide multi-site order fulfillment to several of its most key clients.
